Together, we can code a new narrative of inclusivity, opportunity, and innovation.
CAMPS
Code 24
Our annual flagship event, in partnership with NFL Hall of Famer Champ Bailey and the Champ Bailey Foundation, CODE 24, is a 3-day immersive, purpose-driven summer camp intentionally designed to empower 24 underserved youth with early exposure to coding, financial literacy, and the art of possibility.
This initiative is more than just a camp — it’s a movement to bridge the digital divide and open doors to industries and opportunities that disadvantaged youth are too often left out of. CODE 24 transforms barriers into pathways and turns the impossible into possible by equipping the next generation with the knowledge, confidence, and inspiration to thrive in a digital world.
💻 Be the Difference
Help us turn “I’ve never coded before” into “I built this myself.”
Help us turn “I didn’t know this was possible” into “This is my future.”
Lay a Brick - Bridge the gap
The digital divide isn’t just a tech issue — it’s a barrier to opportunity, equity, and generational change. At the Color Coded Foundation, we’re building a bridge to a brighter future—one student, one sponsor, and one line of code at a time.
By donating to CODE 24, you’re not just funding a camp. You’re laying the foundation for access, inclusion, and empowerment in communities that have been historically left behind. Your contribution helps us provide lodging, laptops, meals, instruction, transportation, and mentorship to 24 deserving youth each summer—equipping them with tools that will last a lifetime

PROGRAMS
Bridge Builders
The Color Coded Foundation is proud to present the Bridge Builders Program — a bold and transformative initiative committed to closing the digital, leadership, and economic literacy gaps that persist in underserved communities. This flagship program is designed to introduce disadvantaged youth to the world of coding, leadership development, and financial literacy in a way that is culturally relevant, empowering, and future focused.
Our mission is simple yet powerful: Bridge the Gap. We believe that when young people are equipped with digital skills, strong values, and financial tools, they don't just dream of change—they become the change.
Brick by Brick
At the Color Coded Foundation, we believe that every child deserves a solid foundation—and we’re building it one brick at a time.
🧠 Real Coding, Real Tools
Youth are introduced to industry-standard coding languages and creative technology projects that spark imagination and build valuable digital skills.
💬 Leadership Through Collaboration
Campers develop essential communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities through interactive leadership modules designed to build confidence and character.
💰 Financial Literacy for the Future
We teach real-world financial skills—including budgeting, saving, and investing—so every student leaves with the tools to build a future of stability and independence.
Silent Warriors
The Silent Warriors Program is a signature initiative of the Color Coded Foundation, dedicated to supporting children who have witnessed or survived domestic violence. These young survivors often carry invisible wounds—emotional, psychological, and spiritual—that can shape their futures in profound ways. The Silent Warriors Program exists to ensure that no child has to suffer in silence or walk their healing journey alone.
Inspired by founder Tony Mitchell, who lost his mother to domestic violence at the age of 13, this program represents a deeply personal and powerful mission. Tony’s life is a testimony of resilience and purpose—transforming personal tragedy into a legacy of hope, empowerment, and healing. As a Silent Warrior himself, Tony knows firsthand the strength it takes to survive, and the courage it takes to heal. This program honors his mother’s memory by giving today’s children the resources, community, and opportunities they need to overcome and thrive.
Mission
The mission of the Silent Warriors Program is to empower and heal children impacted by domestic violence through access to mental health services, peer support, and educational opportunities. We believe that every survivor deserves a safe space to heal, a strong community to grow within, and a clear path to their future.
Program Focus Areas
- Mental Health Support Provide access to licensed therapists, trauma-informed counseling, and wellness resources to help children process grief, fear, and emotional pain in a safe environment.
- Peer and Family Support Groups Facilitate community-based and virtual support circles that connect children and families with others who share similar experiences, fostering trust, belonging, and healing.
- Educational Scholarships and Mentorship Offer scholarships and mentorship programs that help survivors pursue higher education or vocational training—transforming pain into purpose and potential.
- Awareness and Advocacy Partner with schools, shelters, and community organizations to raise awareness about domestic violence and its lasting impact on children, while advocating for stronger prevention and intervention systems.
our commitment
The Silent Warriors Program is more than a support initiative—it’s a promise. A promise to listen, to stand beside, and to fight for those who cannot yet speak for themselves. Through compassion, education, and empowerment, Color Coded Foundation will help young Silent Warriors reclaim their voices, rebuild their confidence, and rewrite their futures.
“I am a Silent Warrior. This program is for every child who thought they were alone. You are seen. You are loved. You can rise.”
— Tony L. Mitchell, Founder, Color Coded Foundation
